As for Thing #8, I don't have any social media that needs managing. I don't have a Twitter or Facebook account. I am frequently asked if I am on Facebook, but I have no desire to be on Facebook. I have concerns about data privacy, etc. I also wasn't too pleased to see that Facebook recently admitted to conducting secret psychology experiments on its users.
I explored the other social media sites and contemplated starting a tvtag account. I decided not to start a tvtag account, since I usually watch shows on demand or on our DVR. I rarely have time to watch shows when they originally broadcast.
Facebook and Twitter are blocked at my workplace, so I wouldn't be able to use them in a professional capacity while at work.
